Abstract

This article analysed the significance of the increase in fees for English Higher Education. It was a think peice written immediately after the fees had been increased. This is not quite reflected in the publication date. The collection of European papers were published by the authors who were based at the Civic Institute in Poland. They were designed to stimulate policy debates at an event which included the Polish education minister.
