Abstract
Non Verbal is a one–off coptic bound artists’ book made from remnant test prints and printer errors; the book is the result of studio play and thinking through making.
Additional Information: | In 2011 GRRR’s artists’ book Non Verbal was selected for inclusion in the exhibition Crop: the seventh annual exhibition of experimental, altered and artists' books curated by Dr Emma Powell (de Montfort University) and Melanie Bush (The University of Northampton) of the 'We Love Your Books' book arts collaboration. The exhibition (31 Oct 2011 – Jan 2012) held at the University of Northampton showcased work by international book artists, who responded to the theme 'crop' with a wide range of book-based objects that are innovative in concept, narrative or form. |
