Abstract
Our paper presents the findings of longitudinal, institutional, qualitative research located in a phenomenological approach undertaken during the global COVID-19 pandemic period of closures and restrictions (March 2020 onwards) with undergraduate students who are traditionally underrepresented in Higher Education (HE).
