Abstract

In this article we report on a recently completed small-scale qualitative review of
undergraduate experiences at the University of Lincoln during the global COVID-19
pandemic period of closures and restrictions (March – June 2020), focusing on those
students who are traditionally under-represented in Higher Education (HE) or who
self-identified with characteristics of disadvantage and fall within the remit of the
university’s Access and Participation Plan (APP).
