Abstract

This is the introduction to a special issue on English Saints of the academic journal History, a publication of the Historical Association in partnership with Wiley. It discusses the significance of 2020 as a year for remembering saints whose cults were venerated in England in the Middle Ages, before introducing the articles included in this special issue.
