Abstract
Established in 1995, and fully adapted to the needs of the Hong Kong practitioner, Halsbury's Laws of Hong Kong is the only encyclopaedic legal work for practitioners on the laws of Hong Kong. The Halsbury's Laws of Hong Kong covers 80 subject areas, and Volume 260 specifically deals with statues, case law, and other regulations with regard to the regulation of medicine, pharmacy and drugs in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
