Abstract
The Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong (AOHK), is modelled on the authoritative Halsbury's Statutes of England and Wales, each Ordinance is reproduced in full, and is crafted to carefully analyse and discuss the history, interpretation, treatment and application of every section of the legislation. This specific volume covers the primary Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as well as all the related subsidiary legislation (Cap 221A - Cap 221K).
