Abstract
STREAM 1
This presentation describes possible future trends in the development of Health Informatics and technology services within UK. The presentation will focus on clinical services with an explanation of the impact of these future trends on clinical applications. The presentation concludes that, although Informatics technology services may have inherent risks, effective partnerships with technology providers could result in a win/win situation for those commissioning technology services.
