Abstract

There is growing recognition that good ethics and CSR can have a positive economic impact on the performance of firms on large organisations (Joyner & Payne: 2002), however does micro and small businesses have the same good business ethics or values. Moral beliefs and social attitudes of organisations to what they see as the lesser import ethical issues such as disabilities are at best claim their moral merit or their opinion for / or against participation of people with disabilities in their employment in their society.
