Abstract

I was asked to show two pieces of artwork in this exhibition, which ran concurrently with, and adjacent to Frieze Art Fair, London, 2008. This exhibition is an annual event that selects and showcases what the curators, Zavier Ellis and Simon Rumney, believe to be contemporary cutting edge practice. The exhibition had an accompanying catalogue and website. The exhibition received substantial review in the press, and my work was cited in most of these instances. Ellis and Rumney invited me to take part in the following years return exhibition and have also shown my work in Berlin and Frankfurt due to the success of my participation.
