Abstract
Though Indian theatre's origins are obscure, we know that Bharatha Muni's Natyasastra, the trestise on Drama is as old as 2200 years. The entry discuss the features of traditional Indian theatre, its features, the dramatic theory of Rasa and actor training of Kutiyattam. It also discusses the interface between drama and dance in Indian theatre.
