Abstract
The aim of this project was to evaluate the use of peer-wise software, which was introduced as a part of the Research Methods modules to support students in engaging with the material of the module. This project was developed after previous successful evaluation pilot of the peer assessment activities (the 2nd year students were invited to create their own formative assessment questions (multiple choice test questions) to practise final assessment conditions and hence decrease anxiety during summative assessment Event and increase participation throughout the module. Students enjoyed use of peer assessment (when each student had a task to create at least 20 questions based on the lecture material following the multiple choice final in-class test design) and introduced it for this year module (as advised by students from previous cohort at the Subject committee meeting).
