Abstract

In doing this it looks, inter alia, at the changing economic, and social demographics of rural Lincolnshire; wider social, cultural and policy changes, and the rural idyll to explore i. how and why drinking practices have changed in rural Lincolnshire, ii. the impact of these changes on different groups (village residents, pub goers, publicans).
