Abstract

This conference paper discusses the innovative and novel inclusive exhibition and service design solutions developed as part of a participatory action design research project. The solutions addressed enhancing the intellectual access of blind and partially sighted visitors to local and regional galleries and museums. This research was a collaboration between the National Centre for Craft & Design, RNIB, SENSE and Lincolnshire visually impaired people.
