Abstract

This lecture is based on the research findings of Dr Turner's PhD thesis entitled, 'A Substantive Environmental Right: An Examination of the Legal Obligations of Decision-Makers towards the Environment.'

It will focus on the relationship between human rights and the environment and the way that human rights are evolving to accommodate environmental concerns.
