Abstract
Theories suggesting common processing mechanisms link praxis and speech are supported by evidence that both functions share neural architecture. A new fTCD paradigm is presented exploring the hypothesis that only motor tasks dependent on left hemispheric specialisation for sequential processing will accurately predict direction and strength of speech lateralisation (Methodology)
