Abstract
The article discusses the life reform movement in Germany during the 1890s. This generation has seen the unfolding of reverse psychic and physical improvements to curbe the bad effects of industrialization and urbanization through the nineteenth century. Modern dwellings were introduced slowly changing the light-and-air hut. Civilization and modernism are observed in this period
