Abstract
This presentation provides updated information regarding theoretical aspirations and practice realities of inclusive education in the UK, particularly paying attention to the latest statistics figures demonstrating current tendencies. It introduces aspects of new legislation in England (e.g. Children and Families Act 2014) and explains its impact on Inclusive Education system. Additional emphasis is made on inclusive education of children with autism to explain the current processes using specific examples.
