Abstract

Communities of Practice are formed by people who engages in a process of collective learning in a shared domain of human endeavour (Wenger et al, 2002) As Fuller et al (2005) suggest, the concept of communities of practice provides important insights into the complex nature and inter-relationships within workplace learning. This paper aims to give a practical insight into how one community of practice developed in a medium-sized enterprise.
