Abstract
This chapter is concerned with globalisation and its impact over recent years on both policy and practice in criminal justice across multiple jurisdictions. It is a subject which has been the topic of whole volumes in both the criminological and legal literatures and, as such, the following discussion can only hope to map out some of the broadest contours of what is increasingly understood as a network of interconnected processes occurring at the global level.
