Abstract

This articles outlines the principles of re-engineering, its significance and continuous relevance to education. This contribution acknowledges that the debate on education reforms should not be the task of a few but for all professionals in education and training organisations, particularly at a time when political forces attempt to keep exclusive rights to such enterprise.
