Abstract
An evaluation was conducted to explore exercise referral patient’s physical activity levels (measured via the New Zealand Physical Activity Questionnaire) and well-being (measured via the EQ5D). Any changes that occurred between week 1, 12weeks, 6months and 12months were observed. Following a considered examination of the data the evaluation also explored any changes in the data in relation to age, gender, postcode, BMI and the reason given for referral.
