Abstract
Voyage Boxed is the second part of a project curated by Imi Maufe and Rona Rangsch – based on the theme of sea journeys, island hopping and trans-oceanic concepts.
Eighteen artists were invited to produce an edition of 50 artworks ranging from film, etching, sculpture, sound etc. The pieces were combined within a custom made box, and exhibited in Germany and Norway
For the original project Philippa produced a book entitled 8 minutes across – for part 2 – the theme has been developed into an original artwork called one in twenty six million.
