Abstract

Yee Wah Foo's discussion is about the use of diaries in research projects, with a focus on her own experiences as a researcher using he grandfather's wartime journals. This discussion should be useful to anyone interested in studying diaries generally, as wel as to researchers with access to similar personal material, for example, historical letters or photographic albums.
