Abstract
Giroscope is a community based housing organisation (CBHO) in Hull that buys and renovates empty and dilapidated properties to provide rental accommodation for local people. With a view to improving the quality of their service Giroscope commissioned the authors to carry out an independent tenants’ satisfaction survey. This article discusses some of the findings of the survey (The full report can be viewed at Giroscope survey 2008).
