Abstract

A rapid automated design methodology for LLC resonant converters providing converter designs within 10 seconds is described. Converter operation is restricted between resonance and the load independent point. Preferred values are returned for the tank capacitor and integer transformer turns ratio as well as values for the two resonant inductors.
