Abstract

Case report: Whether the applicant was entitled to refugee status as a member of a family, whose primary member was not persecuted for Convention reasons/ or alternatively whether membership of a family amounted to membership of a social group under the Refugee Convention.
Whether membership of a group facing the risk of Female Genital Mutilation amounted to a social group under the Refugee Convention and therefore justified an asylum claim.
